Governors

GOVERNING BODY

Who Are We?

The Governing Body meets at least 9 times a year and is made up of a group of people who challenge, support and ensure that the school provides the best possible education for all of its pupils. The role of a Governor is voluntary and training is provided in order to help them to carry out this role.

TWO COMMITTEES

What do we do?

The Governing Body is made up of two committees. There is an Attainment and Attainment Committee, which is responsible for monitoring the curriculum and how well the children are being supported to achieve and make progress. A Resources Committee is responsible for overseeing the financial management, the premises, Health & Safety and personnel.
