Year 6 Investigators!

In Science, Year Six children became investigators! They were investigating states of matter! It was a very loud lesson with lots of bangs and explosions; they were investigating how the amount of water effected the rate of a reaction by adding an alkaseltzer tablet to a film cannister and waiting to see how long it exploded. They found that the more water, the quicker the explosion, however it wasn’t as big as when less water was used! I was impressed with the standard of work produced when they wrote up their experiment! Well done, Year Six.
