Year 4 Egyptian Trip

On Thursday 6th December, we went to Birmingham Museum where we undertook two workshops—all about mummification and Egyptian artefacts. After lunch, we walked around the galleries and Egyptian room where we saw some amazing things! The mummified animals were very strange!

Year 4 have been having a great time with the Engage team learning all about lots of different values.

Year 4 Mummified Oranges

4N had a great time yesterday, unwrapping our mummified oranges. As you can see, they have gone all hard and shriveled — just like a real mummy!

Year 4 Evolve Rugby

Year 4 have been having a great time learning Tag Rugby every Thursday. This week, we learned how to effectively pass the ball while running, and started playing mini games.

Welcome to a new school year!

What a great three days we have had in our first week of the new term. The teachers had some exciting training Monday and Tuesday, and we eagerly awaited Wednesday, when the children came. The term has started brilliantly, and we cannot wait for the year ahead!
