WELCOME

Park Hill Primary School is situated on Lower Eastern Green Lane in Coventry and serves many families from Eastern Green and surrounding area. Over the next few years, the school is expanding to two-form of entry but we currently have 449 children on our roll including our Preschool children where we offer all day Early Years Provision for 2 and 3 year olds.

EXPANSION

Park Hill Primary School is generous in size. As part of an expansion program, the school has received investment into the building and we have used this to modernise some of our classrooms and create new learning areas for the children. Our children also benefit from a large playing field, a nature trail, garden area and playgrounds.

OUR ROLE

We believe that the role of Park Hill Primary School is to help develop well-rounded children who not only enjoy learning but are happy and confident too. We believe that we have a rich and varied curriculum and because our teachers are really skilled they are able to create memorable learning moments for the children.

WELCOME TO OUR SCHOOL WEBSITE

The purpose of our website is to give visitors an insight into the work of our school, celebrate our children’s achievements and provide you with useful information about events that are taking place here.

To celebrate Bonfire Night, Year 3 completed some firework themed activities! In the afternoon, we used a range of media to create our own firework art and explored a range of techniques to write a poem! After watching some videos of fireworks and having some discussions about our favourite ones, we set off thinking about […]

Fantastic Writers!

In Year Six, we have been looking at the text Street Child. We have been looking at key events within the story. In our writing, we have tried to step into the role of the main character, Jim. I have been really impressed with the children’s stamina with writing and their editing skills. Well done! […]
