Welcome to Park Hill

Primary School

Park Hill Primary School is situated on Lower Eastern Green Lane in Coventry and serves many families from the surrounding area.

WELCOME

Park Hill Primary School is situated on Lower Eastern Green Lane in Coventry and serves many families from Eastern Green and surrounding area. Over the next few years, the school is expanding to two-form of entry but we currently have 449 children on our roll including our Preschool children where we offer all day Early Years Provision for 2 and 3 year olds.

EXPANSION

Park Hill Primary School is generous in size. As part of an expansion program, the school has received investment into the building and we have used this to modernise some of our classrooms and create new learning areas for the children. Our children also benefit from a large playing field, a nature trail, garden area and playgrounds.

OUR ROLE

We believe that the role of Park Hill Primary School is to help develop well-rounded children who not only enjoy learning but are happy and confident too. We believe that we have a rich and varied curriculum and because our teachers are really skilled they are able to create memorable learning moments for the children.

WELCOME TO OUR SCHOOL WEBSITE

The purpose of our website is to give visitors an insight into the work of our school, celebrate our children’s achievements and provide you with useful information about events that are taking place here.

Half Term Fun

We are here to support your pupils and parents, by providing them with a wide range of ideas for things to do in Half Term. Due to the uncertain climate, we are covering all bases, and have lots to choose from…
On Coventry Rocks, there are over 50 local parks, nature reserves, woodlands, and walks. Perfect for getting some fresh air and exercise.

We have gather together lots of local Halloween events and attractions – from pumpkin picking to halloween crafts.
Since this year is slightly different, with no Trick-or-Treating allowed, we have written an article which is jam-packed full of useful ideas and tips for making Halloween great this year.
In our Half Term collection, we have round up local attractions, events and activities going on in and around Coventry – this means parents can spend less time searching and more time having fun! The collection can easily be filtered down by price, age, and distance.
We also have a collection of Online Activities and Groups, and we are poised and ready to add more online options should a lockdown take place.
Finally, we have some really useful articles on our website, such as Pumpkin PickingHoliday ClubsFamily Friendly Walks, and Places to Feed the Ducks
Our social pages are also really popular, as we send posts out daily with ideas for things to do in the local area. We encourage the parents to like and follow us on Facebook and Instagram so they can keep up to date with everything going on.
I hope you’ll be happy to share some of this information with your parents? To make your life as easy as possible I have attached a Flyer and a Thumbnail, incase you wanted to add it to a newsletter. Please feel free to share this with your PTA aswell, as I would be very happy to promote any events that you have coming up (open days, christmas fairs, etc). If they would like to get in touch, they can email me direct at  jess@coventryrocks.co.uk
Thank you very much in advance for sharing Coventry Rocks and helping to spread the word with local families. It’s been such a difficult year so far, I hope our website helps to make their lives just that little bit easier.
Any questions, or if you’d like any more information, just let me know.
All the best,
Jess
